Fans begged him to make the jerk offering a regular thing, and Scotchies was born when Tony pieced together a few cinder blocks, some bamboo poles, and a few sheets of zinc roofing. The minimalist ambiance remained true to its origins, as the jerk joint grew with franchises in Ochi and Kingston.
